Give Your Business Some Security

Discover | Defend | Analyse

Emerge UK

Emerge integrates and develops security and analytics software used by companies across all sectors, particularly those organisations bound by regulation.

We discover and protect your sensitive data, defend user credentials, and remove inappropriate data access – on any device, any application, anywhere.

Why Choose Us

As a modular software suite our customers can choose to license products according to their specific needs and budget.

Whether you need to locate sensitive data (i.e. Credit Card information, National Insurance numbers, Telephone details, Medical records etc.), analyse the permissions structure of your data, add-on advanced threat detection or predict anomalous user behaviour, templates are already in place.Β  We can also rapidly customise any of our modules to meet specific requirements.

We reduce risk and improve business structure through unique technology, with adaptive licensing to eliminate over provisioning of software and services.

We deliver exactly what you need.

How we can help you

Our Attributes

Experience has taught us to earn trust at every given opportunity.Β  We often start by proving concepts at our own risk, ensuring a complete focus on meeting the exact and varied needs of our customers as a primary goal.

Extracting results that truly justify the investment in our software often means that you’ll need the help of our growing team, a gifted group of technologists that can rapidly customise functionality, saving you heaps of time and massively reducing risk.

We’ve never lost a customer.Β  A driving reason for this is that we’re honest about everything and we act fast.Β  If we don’t think a project is ready to graduate to a live production state, we’ll say so.Β  Doing business this way means there are rarely bungled deployments keeping us awake at night.

We Live in a Data Driven World

There is more data now than ever and it’s growing exponentially on a daily basis.

Many leading analysts accurately predicted the devastating effects and increasing frequency of ransomware attacks.Β  As a conversational topic, IT security is now mainstream, which is no surprise given that data is being generated at unprecedented speed, and by users at all levels.

The need for businesses to have highly effective data access governance systems in place has never been greater; this is true of organisations large and small, whether public or private.Β

What you need to know

The European Union (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to any organisation that processes or stores data for individuals of the EU.
It came into effect on 25th May 2018.
Under GDPR, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) can impose fines of up to €20Million or 4% of global turnover, whichever is greater.
Data breaches must be reported by law.
With the definition of personal data being broader than ever, and risk of such significant penalties, senior executives are turning their attention to GDPR compliance as a matter of critical importance.
Had GDPR have been in place in 2017, the financial impact on those organisations held to account by the ICO would have been 79 times greater.
Following the Ponemon Institute’s 2017 Cost of Data Breach Study, the odds of organisations experiencing a data breach are as high as 1 in 4.
